The installation of the TVs is the latest example of our ongoing efforts to ensure that guests at our hotels have a great stay with every visit.

Holiday Inn 2012 marketing campaign kicks off in style
We're delighted that Holiday Inn’s brand new TV advert, starring BMX star Shanaze Reade, is now showing. This launch marks the start of a campaign designed to inform guests about the Holiday Inn brand family being the Official Hotel Partner of the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games.
The campaign will include TV, radio, cinema, outdoor and online advertising as well as some really innovative PR using new ‘augmented reality’ technology. To learn what augmented reality is all about take a look at this fantastic 'Making of' video.

Somerston Hotels crowns annual awards winners!

We're moving!
We're delighted to announce that our Central Office is moving as of Friday the 10th of February. Our Central Team will be moving to the new office in Stratford-upon-Avon and are looking forward to seeing their new home and settling in at Bridgeway House!

Smoke-free Start to 2012
We are pleased to announce that our Cambridge hotel is now 100% smoke-free. The good news continues with the announcement that our Taunton hotel will be smoke-free from Monday 9th of January and our Stoke hotel will also be making the change from Sunday 15th January. Smoking will no longer be permitted in any guestrooms.
That should help with any guests with New Year's Resolutions to quit smoking!

Paul Jasper to carry the Torch for Somerston
We are absolutely delighted to announce that Paul Jasper, General Manager of Holiday Inn Express London - Luton Aiport, has been chosen to participate in the Olympic Torch relay in 2012. Paul’s team nominated him for his commitment to his hotel and, in particular, the support he showed to his team during last year's snow. Paul is also being recognised for his new role outside of the hotel as Chairman for the Priority Park playgroup where he spends his own time assisting the charity to raise funds of £200,000 to replace the buildings that the group run from.
This is a fantastic achievement and a once in a lifetime opportunity, if you want to show your support to Paul he will be carrying the torch of Saturday 16th June 2012 between Gateshead and Durham.
Smoke-free in Stirling
Holiday Inn Express Stirling is joing our Cambridge hotel in becoming a 100% smoke-free hotel from the 1st of January 2012. The New Year will mark the date when our hotel 'quits smoking' and join the ranks of our 100% non-smoking properties.
